B‐architecten is currently looking for a BIM coordinator with 2+ years of experience to join their team, full time or 4/5.
Role
You perform clash detection between the different sub models, report and communicate conflicts in and between the discipline models to the involved project partners
You manage the internal models, in support of the project teams
You work out internal protocols, standardisation and a BIM implementation plan under the guidance of the BIM process manager
You develop and manage the Family library and templates based on the internal protocol and common standards, assisted by the BIM process manager
You follow and guide project-specific BIM meetings together with the project manager and occasionally with the BIM process manager
You follow up the financial BIM section on a project basis
Profile
Minimum experience of 2 years
Background as an architect or architect-engineer is an extra asset
Able to work very autonomously on the domain that you build and lead
Team player, strong communicator
Software
Revit
BIM Collaborate (Pro)
Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the AEC collection
Navisworks and Dynamo are extra assets
Languages
