BIM coordinator

B‐architecten is currently looking for a BIM coordinator with 2+ years of experience to join their team, full time or 4/5.

Role:

• You manage and lead the overall coordination between the various sub-models, based on BIM protocols and execution plans, in support of the project partners
• You perform clash detection between the different sub models, report and communicate conflicts in and between the discipline models to the involved project partners
• You manage the internal models, in support of the project teams
• You work out internal protocols, standardisation and a BIM implementation plan under the guidance of the BIM process manager
• You develop and manage the Family library and templates based on the internal protocol and common standards, assisted by the BIM process manager
• You follow and guide project-specific BIM meetings together with the project manager and occasionally with the BIM process manager
• You follow up the financial BIM section on a project basis

Profile:

• Minimum experience of 2 years
• Background as an architect or architect-engineer is an extra asset
• Able to work very autonomously on the domain that you build and lead
• Team player, strong communicator

Software:

• Revit
• BIM Collaborate (Pro)
• Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the AEC collection
• Navisworks and Dynamo are extra assets

Languages:

• Dutch
• French
• English
